Parts Cleaner

$20 - $22 hourly

Job Details:

Clean aircraft components using approved cleaning methods and equipment.
Remove corrosion, paint, grease, and contaminants without damaging parts.
Prepare components for painting by masking, sanding, priming, and applying approved coatings.
Apply paint, primers, and protective finishes in accordance with OEM Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and company procedures.
Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain part identification and traceability throughout the process.
Follow FAA Part 145 Repair Station procedures, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Properly handle cleaning chemicals, paints, and hazardous materials.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals, paints, and shop equipment.
Needs to pass a drug test.
